ONE OF THE BEST IN THE BIZ, NO DOUBT

Choosing the correct attorney to represent you in court is one of the most important decisions you will ever make in life.

What struck me as very peculiar and very different than all the previous attorneys that I consulted with, which was more than a dozen, is that he actually picks you and chooses who he should represent. He carefully analyzes you to see if you in fact are being honest with him and patiently observes your body language like a judge or jury during our first meeting together.

This is absolutely critical since if you can’t convince him then how can he possibly be successful in representing you in court? He asks piercing questions as he pieces together your case with excellent rapport.

Once you have him on your side he will ask who the other party is represented by and he will do his homework to find out their tendencies and history just like a prize fighter when coming up with a game plan before stepping into the ring. He’ll even give you an assessment of the judge in the case. Don’t tell me this guy doesn’t work hard at his craft. He’s a winner in every sense of the word.

He also has a great legal filter and gets to the nitty gritty of your case so he fully understands what the other party is trying to do. It’s a fact that the legal process can get dirty and he knows all the tricks of the trade so that you are well prepared when your court date arrives.

He was highly recommended and now that my case is winding down I can absolutely say that his reputation is warranted.

Did I mention that he on occasion works pro bono providing legal service for domestic violence victims? Need I say more?

What’s funny is that Arthur is just someone I happen to stumble across because my situation turned for the worse and my previous counsel was advising me to reach out for a settlement even though they knew I was being railroaded by my ex-spouse.
