Attorney selection is a highly personal process. Compatibility preferences are numerous, preferred legal strategies differ, costs vary — there is no one-size-fits-all attorney for everyone — so a thoughtful selection strategy is important. Arthur takes the required time to properly assess every situation, remains calm, and patiently explains his logical thought process at every step — and he doesn’t nickel and dime for every second of his time. He is generous, caring, highly responsive and genuinely interested in doing the right thing. He has a great memory, often finds potential issues in details others tend to miss, stays current on the latest case law and new legislation, and often anticipates conflicts before they arise.
