Kevin James O’Mahony

Kevin James O’Mahony, Esq. is a Senior Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Arthur Lin. He joined this particular law firm because he is fully aware of Arthur Lin’s high standard of legal professionalism and his scholarly pursuit of legal knowledge.

As a member of the California State Bar since 2012, Kevin James O’Mahony, Esq. is known as an experienced and accomplished family law attorney.  He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. O’Mahony has regularly practiced Family Law in Santa Clara County and is a well-respected advocate in the legal community. He has built a strong reputation for passionately representing clients in high conflict divorce cases, parentage actions, complex child custody cases and child support matters as well as domestic violence restraining order cases. He has extensive experience in financial settlement negotiations, spousal support disputes and family law contempt related matters.

His academic achievements include receiving the Witkin and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legislation and Criminal Law while earning his JD from Santa Clara University School of Law. At the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. O’Mahony completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science with distinction, maintaining a 3.79 GPA.

Mr. O’Mahony is very familiar with world cultures and he is semi-fluent in German. He was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and over the course of his legal career has represented clients from multiple countries around the world.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. O’Mahony thoroughly enjoys travel, going to the cinema, playing chess, reading about national and international politics and following news events and current affairs.
